What happens once I purchase a Plinkit membership?
Once you have paid the membership fee, you’re ready to get started! You’ll promptly receive a welcome email from our Founder, Charmaine Pattinson, and will have immediate access to the complete library of content on our website. You can begin to save your favorite articles and toys and share these lists with your friends and family. Get ready to Learn + Do and Shop + Play!
You’ll also receive access to our coveted newsletter and invitations to exclusive speaker events and roundtables with our contributors.
Your membership will renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You may cancel your monthly or yearly membership at any time, and will continue to have access to our Services for the remainder of your monthly or yearly billing cycle.
Can I get a pro-rata refund if I cancel midway during the month or year?
There are no refunds for cancellation or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable.
Do you provide free trials?
We believe we’ve created the essential roadmap for children ages 2-8 at Plinkit. Our monthly membership option (at only $0.33 a day) is intended to allow new and first-time members to try our Services. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time, and will continue to have access to our Services for the remainder of your monthly billing cycle. There are no refunds for cancellation.
If I sign up for a monthly membership now, then decide, “I love Plinkit! I’d like a yearly membership,” can I do that?
We’re so delighted that you’re thinking ahead! When you’re ready to begin a yearly membership, go to the membership settings in your account on our website and simply change your membership from “Monthly” to “Yearly”). The yearly membership plan and your 12-month access to our Services will go into effect immediately. Your yearly membership payment will take into account the payment you’ve already made for your monthly membership and will be prorated accordingly.

Through our network in early childhood development, we’ve cultivated a breadth and depth of experts. We intentionally partner with childhood experts who are known in their fields as veritable practioners with decades of classroom experience and thousands of hours of hands-on practice, learning specialists with advanced degrees and education professionals that are skilled at specifically translating theory into practice. Does Plinkit provide consultation services directly to children?
Our consultative work is with parents and/or educators only, as we deeply respect and appreciate that children learn most meaningfully through established relationships and that their learning is steeped in personal context. Our goal during our consultative work with parents and educators is to empower you with the concrete scripts and tools so that you can meaningfully connect and engage with your child.
I live outside the United States, can I access your Services?
Yes! However, Plinkit offers membership plans in USD only.

Sales and Payment Terms
Memberships
To begin a membership, you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time (“Payment Method”). Your membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid account charges for the next billing cycle. Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. To view the applicable membership price and end date of your membership period, visit the membership settings on your account page our website. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available and the account is treated a subscription.
If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Plinkit Pte. Ltd. (“Plinkit”) is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Plinkit reserves the right to revoke access to your Plinkit account.
If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of our product, services and website (“Services”) constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your membership to Plinkit at any time, and you will continue to have access to myplinkit.com for the remainder of your applicable billing cycle. To cancel your membership, go to the membership settings page in your account on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
You may cancel your Plinkit account at any time. There are no refunds for cancellation. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. In the event that Plinkit suspends or terminates your account for violating our Terms of Service, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for: any unused time on a membership, any membership fees for any portion of a membership, or any content or data associated with your account.
At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund or discount to some or all of our members. The amount and form of such refunds and the decision to provide them are at our sole and absolute discretion and does not obligate us to provide such refunds in the future under any circumstance.
Payment
To use our Services, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to our Services until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
Plinkit reserves the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time, as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.
Currency
Plinkit offers membership plans in USD. The currency of a subscription cannot be changed for any reason.
